Terms of Reference
Summary:
WOMANKIND Worldwide is a UK based women's human rights and development NGO that works together with women's organisations around the world to reduce violence against women, support women to play an active role in society and support them to fight for their rights.
We are tendering for proposals to undertake a planning and research report to review opportunities of expanding our work to Sierra Leone at the present time. The report will map the local women's NGO movement in Sierra Leone as an initial stage in helping us build potential new partnerships and programmes in the country.
This paper should be evidenced by extensive and thorough field research, including meetings with a mix of local NGOs, INGOs, potential donors and policy players actively working on women's human rights and development in Sierra Leone.
It is expected that it will take approximately one month to research and write this paper.
